Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MMLite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
MMLite is a social media scheduling platform that allows you to compose, schedule, and publish posts to multiple social media platforms from a single interface. The service includes a free tier (20 posts per month), paid subscriptions, and one-time post pack purchases.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use MMLite. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use MMLite to post content that violates any applicable law, publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content through our service, attempt to circumvent usage limits or exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated tools to access MMLite in unauthorized ways, or violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform.
5. Free Plan & Paid Plans
The free plan includes 20 posts per calendar month. Unused free posts do not roll over. Paid subscriptions (Pro plan) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. One-time post pack purchases never expire and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing users.
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through MMLite. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your posts, images, or videos. We only store and transmit your content as necessary to provide the scheduling and publishing service.
7. Third-Party Platforms
MMLite integrates with third-party social media platforms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, terms of service, or functionality that may affect our ability to publish content. If a platform rejects a post, we will inform you but cannot guarantee resolution. You are responsible for complying with each connected platform's terms of service.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, failed post delivery, or platform API changes beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
MMLite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of MMLite shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any remaining paid post credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
